Answer and make calls
Answer calls in the browser with the phone dock, see who's calling, and call customers from SKUFlow.
Owners, admins and staff get the phone dock on every page in SKUFlow. It rings when a call comes in for your ring group.
Answer a call
When a call rings, the dock shows Incoming call with the number called and its source. Click Answer or Decline. During the call, use Mute and Hang up.
The dock shows who's calling: the matched customer, their health and balance, open quotes and how many times they've called before. If several customers have the number, click Pick on the right one.

From the dock:
- New request: start a request for the caller.
- Open customer or New customer.
If the browser can't take calls
If your microphone is blocked or the browser can't make calls, click Ring my phone instead and enter Your phone number. SKUFlow rings your phone first, then connects you.
Make a call
Click Call on a customer or request page, Call back in the call log, or type a number in the dock and click Call. The customer sees your business number.
