Track which numbers bring in work
See calls, answered and missed, booked rate and revenue by source or tracking number.
Add-on: Phone system(any plan)
Give each place you advertise its own number (see Add phone numbers), then see what each one brings in.
Go to Reports and open Call tracking.

Choose By source or By number, and the dates. For each, you see:
- Calls, Answered, Missed and Voicemail, and First-time callers;
- Booked and the Booked rate: calls linked to a request, or where a quote was made for the caller within 7 days;
- Avg talk time;
- Revenue: what the caller paid within 30 days, credited to their latest call before the payment.
Only inbound calls count.
Numbers on your website
While the phone system is on, your SKUFlow website shows the right tracking number to each visitor: a campaign's number to people who came from that campaign, a number set up for the visit's source (such as Google Ads), else your Website number. Search engines see your site's own number.
