Choose who rings
Set up ring groups so calls ring your team in the browser and on forwarded mobile numbers at the same time.
A ring group is who rings for a call: team members in the browser and forwarded mobile numbers, all at once. Without a ring group, calls go straight to voicemail.
In Settings → Phone, under Ring groups, click Add ring group.
Give it a Name, such as "Office" or "Production".
Under Who rings in the browser, tick the people. Owners, admins and staff can answer calls.
Under Forward to mobile numbers, click Add number for each mobile that should ring too.
Set Ring for (seconds), then save.

If you use business units, you can give a ring group the Business unit whose calls it takes.
The default ring group
Under Call handling, set the Default ring group: it rings for numbers that have no ring group of their own.
Delete a ring group
Click Delete. Numbers that used it fall back to the default ring group, or voicemail.
