Use the production board
See every decoration job of your open orders and move each one from queued to in progress to done.
The production board is your shop floor at a glance. Every decoration on an open order is a job: a front print on 48 tees, a left-chest logo on 24 polos. Jobs line up by status so the team knows what to run next.
Owners, admins and staff can move jobs. Members can see the board.

Open the board
In the left menu, under Production, click Production board. Make sure View is set to Board.
The columns
- Waiting on the order: the order still has an open check (art, payment or goods). These jobs can't start yet. See What an order waits for.
- Queued: ready to run.
- In progress: on the press now.
Each card shows the order number, the customer, the in-hands date (late and rush orders stand out), the job, its units, the press and day it's planned on, and how long it should take.
Use All methods to show only one decoration method, such as Screen print or Embroidery.
Move a job
- On a queued job, click Start. The job is In progress and, if it's the order's first job, the order goes into production.
- When it's off the press, click Done.
- Started by mistake? Click Back to queue.
When the last job on an order is done, the order becomes Ready to ship.
Outsourced jobs
A job whose decoration method is outsourced shows Sent to and the decorator's name, with no buttons. It comes back as done when you receive its purchase order. See Receive a purchase order.
