Set up presses and machines
Add your presses, embroidery machines and printers with what they run, how fast and when they work, so jobs can be planned by capacity.
Add each press, embroidery machine, printer or station you plan work on. The schedule uses its speed and hours to say how much fits in a day.
Owners and admins can set up presses.
Open the settings
Open Settings → Production. (From the production board, Presses and machines takes you there.)
Add a press
Click Add press.
Describe it
- Name: for example "6-colour auto" or "12-head embroidery".
- Runs: tick the methods it runs (Screen print, Embroidery, DTG, DTF and so on). Leave them all unticked if it runs anything.
- Units an hour: its real-world speed.
- Set-up per job (min): screens, hooping or loading time for each job.
- Hours a day and Working days.
- Active: on while you use it.

Save
Click Save. Repeat for each machine.
Retire or delete a press
To keep a press on file but stop planning on it, edit it and turn off Active. Deleting a press makes the jobs planned on it unplanned again.
