Make an order
Turn an approved quote, an invoice or a closed store into an order, or add an order by hand.
Make an order when a sale is ready to be produced. SKUFlow copies the products, colors, sizes and designs across, makes a job for every decoration, and then follows the order's art, payment and goods for you.
Owners, admins and staff can make orders.
From an approved quote
Open the quote
In the left menu, under Sales, click Quotes, then open the approved quote.
Make the order
Click Make order. In Make an order, set the In-hands date (when the customer needs it) and tick Rush if it should jump the queue.

Confirm
Click Make order. The new order (ORD-1, ORD-2…) opens.
From a quote, each size of a decorated product becomes its own line with the blank to buy. One-time fees (screens, digitizing, setup) stay on the quote and invoice; they aren't production lines. If the quote asked for a deposit, the order waits for that deposit before production.
From an invoice
Open the invoice and click Make order, then follow the same steps. An order made from an invoice waits for the invoice to be paid in full before production. You can change that on the order (see What an order waits for).
From a closed online store
When a store closes, open it, go to the Batch tab and click Make order. Everything ordered in the store becomes one production order: a line for each product, color and size, with personalized pieces (names and numbers) on their own lines. Art and payment don't hold it up, because the store's designs and checkout already covered them. See Make the production batch.
By hand
Use this for stock you're making for yourself or for work that didn't start as a quote.
Start a new order
Click Orders, then New order.
Fill in the order
Choose the Customer, or tick For stock (no customer). Add a Title, the In-hands date, Rush if needed and any Production notes.
Add products
Under Add a product, pick a product, its Design (or No design) and the quantity for each size, then click Add to the order. To add something that isn't in your catalog, use Add a line with a description and quantity.
Create it
Click Create order.

One order per sale
A quote, invoice or store makes one order. Once it has one, the Make order button becomes Open ORD-… and takes you to it.
