Sell a design in customer stores
Add a designed product to one or more of the customer's online stores from the design page, with the colors, sizes and store price.
Put a design on sale in the stores you run for its customer without leaving the design. The Stores panel on the design page shows every store selling it, the price shoppers pay there and where that price comes from.
Open Add to store
Open the design and click Add to store in the Stores panel (it is also under More at the top of the page).
Choose the stores
Tick the stores to sell it in, for example the AGDATA store, and pick the category each one goes in (or leave Suggested category).
- A design that already has a customer shows only that company's stores.
- A design for Your own (no customer) shows every store, grouped by company ("for AGDATA"). The first store you tick picks the company: other companies' stores are greyed out, because a design is sold in one company's stores. When you add it, the design becomes that company's.
- A store that isn't linked to a company can't be ticked. Link it to its company in the store's settings first.
- A store that already sells this product with another design can't be ticked either. A store sells each product once, so change or remove that one first.
If you have unsaved changes to the design's customer, save the design first.
Choose the colors and sizes
The design's colors are chosen to start with. Tap colors and sizes to change what shoppers can pick; with none chosen, every color or size is offered.
Set the store price
- Follow the customer's store price: the stores charge the store price of the customer's product for this design. If it doesn't have one yet, set it here (a fixed price, cost plus a percentage, the catalog price plus a percentage, or the catalog price). Change it later on the customer's Products and every store following it updates.
- Own price in these stores: these stores charge their own price, and the customer's store price is left alone.
Click Add to store. Prices are always worked out by SKUFlow, and shoppers in an open store see the product right away.
Remove a design from a store
In the Stores panel, click the trash button next to the store and confirm. Shoppers no longer see it there; past orders keep their lines, and the customer's product keeps its prices for next time.
Change a design's customer
While a store of the customer sells the design, its customer can't be changed (you'll see which stores sell it). Remove it from those stores first, then change the customer.
The customer's page shows the same thing from the other side: in Products, each product with a design has an Add to store button, and the customer's designs that aren't products yet are listed below with Add to store.
