Price a design
See what a design costs your customer per piece and in total, with one-time fees, cost and margin.
The design editor prices the design from your product prices and decoration price tables, so you know what it sells for before you quote it.
Save the design
The Price panel prices the saved design. If you have unsaved changes, it says so; click Save to include them.
Enter a quantity and color
Type the Quantity and pick the Colour to price. The price uses the quantity break for that many pieces.
Read the price
The panel shows:
- Per piece: the blank plus decoration, for each group of sizes (larger sizes may cost more).
- Per location: what each placement adds per piece, with the price on dark colors where an underbase or surcharge applies.
- One-time fees: set-up, screens, digitizing, art fees and minimum charges.
- Total for the quantity, and Each, fees included.

Cost and margin
Owners and admins also see Cost and margin: what the design costs you each (blank plus decoration), the profit each and the margin.
If a decoration method has no cost table, the panel says No cost table: decoration cost counted as zero, and the margin is higher than it really is. Add a cost table for the method in Settings → Decoration.
Prices on a quote are fixed when you save the quote. Changing a price table or a supplier's cost later doesn't change a saved quote, until you change that line.
