Duplicate or delete a design
Copy a design to start a variation or a reorder, and delete designs you no longer need.
Duplicate a design
Duplicate a design to make a variation (a new color, a back print added) without changing the original, or to reuse a design for another customer.
- Open the design.
- Click Duplicate. The copy opens in the editor.
- Change the Name, Customer and anything else, then click Save.
When a customer reorders, keep using the same design: proofs they approved stay approved, and you can turn on Setup already paid (reorder) on its placements to leave off set-up fees.
Delete a design
- Open the design.
- Click Delete design, then confirm.
The design and its placements are deleted, and this can't be undone. A design an open quote uses can't be deleted; duplicate it instead.
