Find and sort designs
Filter the Designs list by store, customer or product, see where each design is sold, and sort by any column.
The Designs list shows every design with its mockup, its customer, its product and the online stores selling it. Filter it to one store or one customer, find the designs no store sells yet, and sort it the way you need.
Filter by store
Use All stores above the list to choose:
- A store: only the designs that store sells. A design counts as sold in a store when one of the store's products uses the design, or follows the customer product made with it.
- Not in any store: designs that no store sells yet, for example new artwork you still need to add to a company store.
Each choice shows how many designs it has, for example AGDATA Staff Store (12).
In the Stores column, click a store's name on any design to show only that store's designs. A design sold in no store shows —.
Filter by customer
Use All customers to show one customer's designs (with how many each has), or Your own for your business's designs that belong to no customer, such as store presets.
Filters combine: for example, pick a customer and Not in any store to see that customer's designs that aren't on sale anywhere. Use the search box to find a design by its name or its product's name, and All products to show one product. Clear filters shows everything again.
Sort the list
Click a column heading (Design, Customer, Product, Stores, Mockups or Updated) to sort by it, and click it again to reverse the order.
- Updated is the default: the designs changed most recently come first.
- Stores starts with the designs sold in the most stores.
- Mockups sorts designs with no mockups first, then mockups that are out of date, then ready ones, so you can see what needs rendering.
- Sorting by Customer puts your own designs last.
On a phone, use Sort by above the list.
The list remembers its filters and sort: Back from a design, the Designs link in the sidebar, or a link you share shows the same view.
