Upload artwork
Add a customer's logo or art file to their artwork library so you can place it on designs.
Upload a customer's art once and reuse it on every order. Each file goes into a library: the customer's own, or your business's (for your logo, stock art and clipart). Owners, admins and staff can upload.
Open the artwork library
In the left menu, under Inventory, click Artwork.

Start an upload
Click Upload artwork. Drop the file on the box, or click it to choose one. You can also drop a file anywhere on the library page.
SKUFlow takes PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF up to 10 MB.
Choose whose art it is
Under Customer's library, pick the customer. Leave it empty to keep the art in Your own artwork.
Name and tag it
Give it a Name your team will recognize ("Eagles 2025 logo, white"). Add Tags, separated by commas, such as logo, 2025, to find it later.
Upload
Click Upload. The file is measured right away.

What SKUFlow measures
Every version shows its print facts on the artwork page:
- Kind: Vector (SVG, PDF) or Raster (PNG, JPG).
- Pixel size and Declared dpi for raster files.
- Background: Transparent or Solid.
- Colours: how many distinct colors the art uses (light edge pixels from smoothing aren't counted).
Use these to spot problems before you quote. To see whether the file prints well at a particular size, run a print check.
SVG files with scripts or links to outside files are refused for safety. PDFs are accepted, but SKUFlow can't look inside them: there's no preview picture, and pictures embedded in the PDF aren't checked.
You can also upload art without leaving a design: in the design editor, click Add artwork on a placement and use the Upload tab. See Place artwork on a product.
