Manage contacts
Keep the people at each customer, their roles, phone numbers and emails, and choose who you contact first.
A customer can have any number of contacts: the coach who orders the team shirts, the office manager who pays the invoices, the person on the loading dock who signs for deliveries. Give each contact roles so your team knows who to call about what.

Add a contact
Open the customer
In the menu, click Customers, open the customer, and go to Contacts.
Click Add contact
Enter the First name, Last name and Job title.
Choose their roles
Under Roles, tick every role that fits: Primary, Billing, Receiving / site, Owner, Property manager, Tenant or Other.
Add phones and emails
Add each phone or email with a label (Mobile, Work, Main and so on). For a phone, set Text message consent: OK to text, Do not text or leave it unknown.
Save
Click Save contact. A contact needs at least a name, a phone number or an email address.
Choose the primary contact
The primary contact is the person you call first. Their phone and email show on customer lists, quotes and invoices, and in search. A customer always has exactly one primary contact.
To change it, click Make primary on another contact. You can't turn the switch off on the current primary contact; make someone else primary instead.
Edit or remove a contact
Use the edit and delete buttons on the contact's row. Deleting a contact doesn't delete the customer or their records.
Texting follows consent. A phone marked Do not text never gets texts from SKUFlow, and the customer's own communication preferences apply on top. See Messaging & email.
