Team & permissions
Invite your team and choose what each role can see and do.
Give everyone who works in your shop their own SKUFlow account: the owner, the office manager, the person running the press. Each person has one of four roles, Owner, Admin, Staff or Member, and the role decides what they can see and change, from costs and margins to refunds and settings.
You'll find your team under Team → Members in the menu, or Settings → Team members.

The roles in short
| Role | For |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the business. |
| Admin | Everything except billing ownership and deleting the business. |
| Staff | Runs the day: customers, quotes, invoices, recording payments, orders and production. No refunds, settings or team changes. |
| Member | Read-only: sees the work, but not payments, settings or the activity log. |
