Change someone's role
Give a team member more or less access by changing their role, or make someone else an owner.
Change a person's role when their job changes: a new hire who starts as Member and moves to Staff, a manager who becomes Admin. Owners and admins can change roles. A role change never takes another user from your plan.
Open your team
In the menu, click Team → Members.
Pick the new role
In Members and roles, find the person and choose the new role in their role menu.

Check the result
SKUFlow confirms it, for example "Jordan is now Staff". The change applies within a minute.
Who can change what
- Only an owner can change an owner's role, or make someone an owner.
- You can't change your own role.
- Admins can change the roles of admins, staff and members.
Hand the business over to someone else
To pass ownership on, for example when you sell the shop:
- Make the new person an Owner.
- If you're leaving, leave the business, or ask the new owner to change your role.
A business can have more than one owner.
