See your revenue
Compare what you invoiced with what you collected, and see which lead sources, customer types and units bring it in.
The revenue report shows money in: what you invoiced and what customers paid, over time and against the period before. Owners, admins and staff can open it.
Open Revenue
In the left menu, click Reports, then Revenue. The Revenue tile on the dashboard opens it too.

Read the figures
- Invoiced: invoices you issued in the period, tax included. Drafts and cancelled invoices don't count.
- Collected: payments received in the period, by their payment date, less refunds.
- Average ticket: invoiced divided by the number of invoices.
- Tips: kept apart, because they aren't revenue.
The Over time table under Data also has a Fees column: the online-payment fees you paid. Collected is before fees.
Read the chart
Invoiced vs collected shows both by period. The dashed line is what you invoiced in the previous period, bucket for bucket.

Below the chart, By lead source and By customer type show each one's invoices, amount, average ticket and share. Use the filters to look at one lead source or customer type only.
By business unit
If your business uses business units, the report adds a Business unit filter and a By business unit table. Each unit has its own numbers: invoices count for the invoice's unit, and payments for the unit of the invoice they paid. No unit holds the rest, and the rows add up to the whole business.
