Check your inventory
See what your stock is worth by location, what you used in a period and what is running low.
All plansstock tracking is on Pro
The Inventory report shows the stock you keep in SKUFlow: its value by location, what was used in the period and what to reorder. It reads the stock you track in Purchasing & inventory, which is on the Pro plan. Every role can open it.
Open the report
In the left menu, click Reports, then Inventory.

Read the figures
- Stock value: on hand × unit cost, at cost, now.
- Used and Cost of use: units taken from stock in the period, less returns, at their cost at the time.
- Low stock: items at or below their reorder point.
Find what to reorder
Pick the Low stock table under Data. Each item shows On hand, Reorder at and a suggested Order quantity.
Costs and stock values are shown to owners and admins only.
