Track your sales pipeline
Follow requests through to quotes, approved orders and invoices, with your close rate, quote value and who sold it.
The Sales pipeline report follows the work that came in during the period, from request to approved quote and invoice. Use it to see your close rate, how long customers take to approve, and which salespeople and lead sources bring in the most. Every role can open it.

Read the funnel
Funnel shows Requests, Quotes, Sent, Approved and Converted (turned into an invoice), each as a share of the stage before. A request counts once it became a quote.
Compare salespeople and lead sources
Under Data, pick the Salesperson table to see each person's quotes, approvals, close rate and revenue (Sold by is the team member a quote is credited to). The Lead source table shows new customers, requests, quotes, close rate, revenue and Revenue per new customer for each source.
Ad spend
For the lead sources your ads create (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram), the Lead source table also shows Ad spend from the ad accounts connected in Marketing → Ads, and what each new customer cost. Other marketing spend isn't tracked in SKUFlow.
