Use a report
Choose a date range, compare with the period before, filter the numbers and export them to a spreadsheet.
Every report works the same way, so once you know one you know them all.
Open the report
In the left menu, click Reports, then click the report's card.
Choose the dates
Under Date range, pick Today, This week, This month, Last month, Quarter, YTD or Custom. For Custom, enter the From and To dates (up to two years).

Read the comparison
Next to the range, SKUFlow shows the period it compares with ("vs …"). Each figure shows the change from that period, and Before: gives the earlier number. No earlier data means there was nothing to compare with.
Filter
Use the filters above the charts, such as Lead source, Customer type or Business unit. Change Buckets to see the chart By day, By week or By month (Auto buckets picks for you).
Export
Under Data, choose the Table you want, then click Export CSV. The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers and follows the filters you chose.
How periods are compared
The current-period presets run up to today, so you compare like with like:
| Range | Compared with |
|---|---|
| Today | Yesterday |
| This week | The same days last week (weeks start Monday) |
| This month | The same days last month |
| Last month | The month before |
| Quarter | The same days into the previous quarter |
| YTD | The same dates last year |
A custom range of whole months is compared with as many whole months before it; any other custom range with the same number of days just before it.
Reports count days in your business's time zone, set in Settings → Company profile. An invoice created at 11 pm counts on that day where your shop is.
The report's address keeps your range and filters. Bookmark it, or send the link to a teammate who can open that report.
