Reorder low stock
Set reorder points, see what's running low, and turn it into purchase orders in one click.
Give each item a reorder point at each location. When stock falls to that point or below, it shows under Low stock with how much to order, ready to become a purchase order.
Set a reorder point
Owners, admins and staff can set reorder points.
- Click Inventory and open the location.
- In Stock levels, click the reorder point button (the sliders icon) on the item's row.
- Enter the Reorder point (low at or below this) and the Reorder quantity (how many you usually buy), then click Save. Leave them blank to clear.
Reorder
Owners and admins can create the purchase orders.
Open Low stock
On Inventory, click Low stock. Each item shows what's on hand, its reorder point and the suggested amount, for example "Order 24 ea".

Create purchase orders
Click Create PO. SKUFlow makes one draft purchase order per vendor, using the vendor set on each pricebook item.
Check and send them
Open each draft, check the quantities and costs, then send it to the vendor and click Mark sent.
Items with no vendor are left out. Set the vendor on the item in your pricebook and try again.
The suggested amount is the item's reorder quantity, or, without one, enough to get back above the reorder point.
