Export from another tool or a spreadsheet
Import from Printavo, DecoNetwork, InkSoft, Housecall Pro, any other tool or a spreadsheet you keep, with the Other spreadsheet source.
For any tool without its own option in the wizard, or a spreadsheet you keep yourself, choose Other spreadsheet. There's no fixed format: SKUFlow recognizes the columns it knows and AI maps the rest.
SKUFlow doesn't have ready-made formats for Printavo, DecoNetwork, InkSoft or ShopVOX yet. Their exports work through Other spreadsheet; check the mapping carefully before you import.
Prepare your files
- Export each list from your current software (or your spreadsheet) as CSV or Excel.
- Use one file per kind of record (customers, invoices…) with a header row at the top.
- Include each record's id or number from the old system when it has one: re-runs and links between files use it.

Customer and address columns SKUFlow has no field for (an account number, a department) can become custom fields during mapping, so nothing is lost.
