Undo or re-run an import
Undo an import within 7 days, or re-run it with fresh exports on cutover day without creating duplicates.
Open Settings → Import your data, find the import under Earlier imports and click Open.
Undo an import
Click Undo import and confirm. Undo is available for 7 days; the date shows under the button.
Everything that import created is removed. SKUFlow keeps:
- records edited in SKUFlow since the import;
- records used by new work, such as a payment recorded since, a new quote for an imported customer, or a pricebook item on a new quote;
- records the import only updated.
The report lists how many of each kind were removed and kept.
Undo deletes the records the import created. It can't be reversed, but you can import again.
Re-run with fresh exports
Your old system keeps working while you set up SKUFlow. On cutover day, export again from your old system and click Re-run with fresh exports. Then upload and preview as before. Records are matched to what's already in SKUFlow and updated in place, never duplicated.
Anything you've edited in SKUFlow since the first import is kept as it is, not overwritten by the old system's data. The preview counts these as Kept (edited here).
