Export from ServiceTitan
Which reports and exports to pull from ServiceTitan, and the columns to include, before you import them into SKUFlow.
Most ServiceTitan data comes out of reports you build from templates, so you choose the columns. Include the id columns (Customer ID, Location ID and so on): they link the files together and let you re-run the import without duplicates. The same steps show in SKUFlow when you choose ServiceTitan as the source.
These steps follow ServiceTitan's published formats. Columns SKUFlow doesn't recognize are mapped by AI; check the mapping before importing.
Reports
For each list, in ServiceTitan open Reports, create a report from the template named below, add every column you can (ids, dates, amounts, status), set the date range to all time, run it and export it to Excel.
| SKUFlow list | ServiceTitan template | Make sure you include |
|---|---|---|
| Customers | Customers (or the built-in Customer List) | Customer ID |
| Addresses | Locations | Customer ID and the address columns |
| Quotes | Estimates | Estimates of the same job become the good, better and best options of one quote |
| Invoices | Invoices | Invoice dates, totals and Customer ID |
| Payments | Applied Payments | Paid On, the invoice number and the reference columns |
Pricebook
- Open Pricebook → Import/Export → Export.
- Choose the pricebook export and tick Include inactive if you want them.
- Upload the .xlsx as it is. SKUFlow reads the Services, Materials and Equipment sheets and skips the others.
