Export from Jobber
Which lists to export from Jobber and how, before you import them into SKUFlow.
Export each list below from Jobber, then upload every file in the wizard. The same steps show in SKUFlow when you choose Jobber as the source.
These steps follow Jobber's published export formats, and Jobber's menus can change. If a column isn't recognized, SKUFlow's AI maps it and you check it before importing.
Clients (with their addresses)
- In Jobber, open Clients.
- Click More Actions → Export Clients → CSV.
- Jobber splits big client lists into files of 1,500 rows: upload every file.
Jobber has no separate properties export: the client export carries each property, and a client with several properties becomes one customer with several addresses.
Products & services
- Open Settings → Products & Services.
- Click Export to CSV.
- Lists over 50 items are emailed in files of 1,500 items: upload every file.
Quotes and invoices
For Quotes and Financial reports → Invoices in Jobber's Insights → Reports:
- Set the date range to all time and include every column.
- Export to CSV. Jobber emails the file.
Payments
- Open Insights → Reports → Transactions list.
- Show Paid or Deposited only and set the date range to all time.
- Click Receive Excel Copy. Jobber emails an Excel (.xlsx) file: upload it as it is.
