Send events to other apps with webhooks
Tell Zapier, Make or your own systems when something happens in SKUFlow, like a new order or a paid invoice.
A webhook is a message SKUFlow sends to another app the moment something happens: a customer is created, a quote is approved, an invoice is paid. Use it to connect SKUFlow to tools like Zapier or Make, or to your own systems.
Owners and admins manage webhooks in Settings → Developers → Webhooks.
Before you start
You need a web address (URL) that accepts webhooks. In Zapier, for example, that's a "Catch Hook"
trigger; in Make, a custom webhook. Copy the address it gives you. It must start with https://.
Open Webhooks
Go to Settings → Developers, then click Webhooks.
Add an endpoint
Click Add endpoint. Paste the address into Endpoint URL and give it a Description you'll recognize, such as "Zapier".

Choose events
Under Events to send, pick All events, or Selected events and tick the ones you want.
Save and keep the secret
Click Add endpoint. SKUFlow shows a Signing secret once. Copy it if the receiving app asks for it, then click I've saved it.
Test it
Open the endpoint and click Send test event to check the other app receives it.
If deliveries fail
SKUFlow retries a failed delivery for about 15 hours. If deliveries keep failing, the endpoint is Turned off and whoever added it gets a notification. Fix the receiving app, click Turn on, then Resend the failed deliveries.
See what happened
Settings → Developers → Event log lists every event your business produced, newest first, with what it was about and where it was delivered.
For the list of events, what each one carries and how to check signatures, see Webhooks for developers.
