Every customer is asked How did we do? when they pay. See their stars and comments in SKUFlow.
SKUFlow asks every customer "How did we do?" when they pay an invoice, and keeps their answer. It works on every plan, without connecting Google.
Where customers answer
The first payment on an invoice (online or recorded by your team) creates its feedback link. Customers see it:
- on the paid invoice page, under the payment confirmation;
- in the payment receipt email;
- on the page the link opens.
They give 1 to 5 stars and an optional comment, and can change their answer for a day. Then they're offered Post it on Google, whatever they gave.

See the answers
On Engage → Reviews, From your customers shows the average, how many were asked and answered, how many went on to Google, and each answer with its customer and invoice. Filter by stars.
