Connect your Google Business Profile
Sign in with Google so SKUFlow follows your reviews and rating for every location.
Connect the Google account that manages your business listing. Owners and admins can connect Google.
Go to Engage → Reviews and click Connect Google.
Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile and allow access.
You're back on Reviews. Your locations and reviews load.
When you connect, SKUFlow:
- follows every location of your profile (untick any under Locations to stop following it);
- fills in your Review link in Settings → Messaging, if it's empty, so review requests point to your Google review page;
- loads your reviews, and checks for new ones every six hours. Click Sync now to check right away.
A reviewer whose name matches exactly one of your customers is linked to that customer.

Disconnect
Click Disconnect. SKUFlow stops following your reviews and can no longer post replies. The reviews already here stay.
If Google stops the connection (for example a password change), Reviews asks you to connect again.
