Ask for reviews
Ask every customer for a Google review after they pay, with the Review request automation and the How did we do? page.
There are two ways SKUFlow asks for reviews. Use one or both.
How did we do?
When a customer pays, SKUFlow asks "How did we do?" on the paid invoice and in the payment receipt email. After they answer, every customer is offered Post it on Google, which copies their comment and opens your Google review page. See See customer feedback.
The Review request automation
Check your Review link in Settings → Messaging → Sender details. Connecting Google fills it in; you can also paste your Google review link. On Engage → Reviews, Copy review link copies it.
Go to Engage → Automations and, under Ready-made automations, turn on Review request.
It texts the customer the day after an invoice is paid in full, with your review link.
The automation texts every customer whose number is OK to text after they pay. Check its template first.
Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers ("review gating"). SKUFlow asks everyone the same way, whatever rating they gave.
