Turn a design into a quote
Quote a design a customer sent from your online designer, then send it with a proof for approval.
Every design a customer sends from your online designer arrives as a new request. Converting the request makes a quote with the design already on it, priced at today's prices.
Open the request
In the left menu, under Sales, click Requests. Requests from the designer list the product, color, sizes, each print location's method, colors and size, any text, and the customer's estimate.
Look at the design
The request shows Design from the online designer with the mockups. Click Open design to see it in the design editor, and adjust it if the art needs work.

Check the customer
Designs are never matched to a customer automatically. If SKUFlow shows This may be an existing customer, click Use this customer. Otherwise converting the request adds them as a new customer.
Convert to a quote
Click Convert to quote. The quote has the design as a product line, with its sizes and one-time fees, priced from your current catalog and price tables. The design and the customer's uploads move into that customer's library.
Review and send
Check the quote, add anything else, and send it. Sending the quote sends a proof of the design for the customer to approve. See Send a proof.
The quote's price can differ from the estimate the customer saw if your prices changed in between. Check the line before you send.
