Track a package

Follow a package from label to delivery, see how tracking moves the order, and what your customer sees.

Once a label is bought, the carrier's scans come into SKUFlow on their own. Each package in the Shipments panel shows its status, tracking number and expected delivery date.

How tracking moves the order

  • When the carrier first scans the package, the order is marked Shipped (a store order is already fulfilled when its label is bought).
  • When every package on the order is delivered, the order is Completed.

You don't need to click Mark shipped for orders you ship with a SKUFlow label.

What your customer sees

  • In their customer portal, each order lists its packages with a Track with link.
  • The Order shipped: tracking automation emails the tracking link when the carrier picks the package up. Turn it on in your automations. See Messaging & email.
