Shipping

Set up shipping

Set the return address on your labels, save the boxes and mailers you ship in, and choose which shipping account buys your labels.

You can buy labels without setting anything up: SKUFlow uses your business address and its own carrier account. A few minutes in settings makes every label faster and more accurate.

Owners and admins can change shipping settings.

Open the settings

Open Settings → Shipping.

Choose your shipping account

Under Shipping account:

  • SKUFlow's carrier account is in use by default. USPS, UPS and FedEx labels with nothing to set up; postage is billed with your SKUFlow subscription, only for labels you use. See How label billing works.
  • Your own EasyPost or Shippo account uses your negotiated carrier rates, and your account pays the postage. See Use your own shipping account.

Set your ship-from address

Under Ship from, enter the return address printed on your labels. Until you set one, your business address is used. Click Save.

Save your packages

Under Packages, add the boxes and mailers you ship in:

  • Name, for example "Poly mailer" or "Medium box".
  • L (in), W (in) and H (in): the size.
  • Min oz: the lowest weight to use for this package.
  • Box oz: the weight of the empty box, added to the goods.

Click Add package for each one, then Save packages. Labels start from these, so you rarely type a size.
