How label billing works
What you pay for labels bought on SKUFlow's carrier account, and when it's billed.
When you ship on SKUFlow's carrier account, you don't need your own carrier contracts. The price shown when you buy a label is what you pay: the carrier's postage plus a small markup (shown in Settings → Shipping).
When a label is billed
A label is billed with your SKUFlow subscription:
- once it's used, when the carrier first scans the package, or
- 30 days after you bought it, if it wasn't voided.
A label you void before it's used is never billed, so nothing has to be credited back.
What you need
- An active paid SKUFlow subscription. Labels on SKUFlow's account can't be bought during the free trial.
- Nothing else: no carrier account, no card on file with a carrier.
Your own account
Labels bought on your own EasyPost or Shippo account aren't billed by SKUFlow at all; your account pays the postage. See Use your own shipping account.
