Void a label
Void a shipping label you didn't use so the postage is refunded and nothing is billed.
Bought the wrong service, or the order changed? Void the label before it's used and the carrier refunds the postage.
Owners, admins and staff can void labels.
- Open the order or store order.
- In the Shipments panel, click Void label on the package.
- Confirm with Void label.
The package shows Voided. Labels voided on SKUFlow's account are never billed.
Only an unused label can be voided. Once the carrier has scanned the package, or a SKUFlow label has been billed (30 days after it was bought), it can't be voided.
