Create a campaign
Write an email and text campaign, or draft it with AI, preview it for a real customer and send a test to yourself.
A campaign is one email, one text, or both, sent to the customers you choose.
Start a campaign
Go to Engage → Campaigns and click New campaign.
Name and channels
Under Name and channels, give it a Campaign name (customers don't see it; it also tags the campaign's links) and choose Email, Text, or Email and text.
Choose who gets it
Under Audience, build an audience, pick a saved segment or pick customers by hand. The Live count shows how many can be emailed and texted. See Choose who gets a campaign.
Write the message
Under Message, write the email's Subject, Preview line (shown after the subject in the inbox) and Email message, and the Text. Use merge fields to personalize it.
Your logo, colors and the unsubscribe footer are added to the email, and "Reply STOP to opt out." to every text.
Save
Click Save draft.

Draft it with AI
Click Draft with AI, describe what the campaign is for (for example "Spring team tees, 10% off orders of 48+ until May 31") and pick a Tone. Click Draft it: the email and text are written for you with merge fields. Review them before sending. It never invents prices or offers you didn't give, and uses AI credits.
Design the email
Once the campaign is saved, click Design the email to give it images, buttons and columns. See Design an email.
Preview and test
The Preview shows the email and the text as a sample customer of the audience would get them.
Click Send test to me to send it to your own email (and phone, if you add it). It's marked [Test] and never counted in the results.
Text costs
For a text, the editor estimates the segments: segments per text × recipients, against what's left of this month's text allowance, and the overage beyond it.
