Turn on customer sign-in

Turn customer sign-in on or off, copy your sign-in page link, and add a customer login button to your website.

Customer sign-in is on for every new business. Your sign-in page is one link for all your customers: they enter their email or mobile number and get a code.

Owners and admins can turn it on or off.

Find your sign-in page

  1. Open Settings → Online requests.
  2. Find Customer sign-in.
  3. Click Copy sign-in link, or Open to see the page as your customers do.

Paste the link wherever customers will find it: your email signature, invoices, social media or your website.

Add a login button to your website

  • Website built with SKUFlow: a Customer login link is in the header already while sign-in is on. See Website.
  • Another website: copy the snippet under Customer login button for another website and paste it where the button should go.

Turn sign-in off

Switch Customer sign-in off. Everyone is signed out at once and your sign-in page says online sign-in isn't available. Private portal links you've sent keep working.

Texts or email only

Customers can get their code by text only if your business can send texts (see Messaging & email). Otherwise the sign-in page asks for an email address.
