Follow up in bulk
Tag the customers on a Customer insights list for an automation or campaign, or export them to CSV.
From Customers → Customer insights, select customers and act on them together.
Tag them
Tick the customers, or Select all on this page. Up to 100 at a time.
Click Add tag and type a tag, such as "reorder-call".
Adding a tag sends nothing. To message them, use the tag in an automation whose audience is "Tags includes reorder-call", or in a campaign audience.
Export to CSV
Click Export CSV. With customers selected, it exports those; with none selected, it exports every row under the current filters. Changing a filter clears the selection.
The export includes contact details. Keep the file safe.
